There are a lot of things to consider when building a website. I wrote a couple of them in my article on "How to analyze good web design" (click here: http://www.ardis-creative.com/ardisblog/?p=166). Beside all the important issue you should start simple with: What do you want to say and how will you do that? Most of the time you're clients are not able to bring enough material. No copy text and no images. At the end of the day you get some bullet lists and hire a writer to work on some content.
The opposite does not happen so often. But when it does you have to take care: Too much information and not enough space.

It's hard to identify what information is the most important, and what can be left out. I will keep it simple. It's all about the customers and visitors of your client.

Here are two rules to follow so your clients customers will love you. Hopefully.

1. Readability - This is vitally important in determining the success of your website.

 Each browser may display your site differently due to the different default formatting that each browser applies to the style sheets (CSS). To overcome this make sure your message is consistent no matter what browser is used. I always recommend checking your site in all browsers, and adjust accordingly.
 My own web design company, Ardis Creative, selects the most appropriate CSS style sheets which contribute greatly to browser compatibility. We also select universal fonts so that the style and design of the content of your site will be consistent throughout all browsers.
 Content is important in multiple levels. Utilizing a copy writer can help you say what you want, without hurting your brain. They quickly get to the point at the same time maximizing your clients search engine optimization. This will help drive traffic to your clients site, and when people arrive they will be glad they came.

2. Usability – This is vitally important in determining the success of your website.

 Not all people are equipped to view flash. To make sure your website doesn't look naked when your flash isn't viewed, make sure your customers see something.
 We are placing text in the place of flash to make sure your website is continually communicating to your customers.
 If you have to do a large website, make sure the navigation isn't too complicated. Users may feel overwhelmed and not able to get back and forth from pages they find interesting. If they feel too overwhelmed they will abort the mission
 We always use bread crumbs to highlight the user’s path so they can easily identify where they have been and how to get back. This way they won't ever get lost and cooked inside a witch’s oven.
 Test the website and test it often. You should probably do this, but more importantly you should test your links and make sure they are working. Broken links make me and your customers angry. It's a waste of time, and time is money.
Thinking about your website through the eyes of your customers will greatly improve the success of your website. If it is easy to use and readable by all, there are more chances that your website and ultimately your business will be successful.

So many relationships start off with romance and lust, some might call it the honey moon period because everything seems to go really well. Both of you are hanging out to see the other person or the intrigue of getting know the other person is rampant. It seems the fact that we are new to the other person it makes us so much more desirable.

So why does the honeymoon period end? because what attracted the person in the first place was because you were authentically you, you were just being yourself. As we get to know someone you find out what they like and what they don't like and then as if like a switch we start to change, to confirm to what we think the other person really likes. We forget that being us is what attracted them first off, so instead of changing to be something that we are not authentically we should step back and work out what makes us who we are. At the same time not disregarding the fact that there are things that obviously we could work on within ourselves. Instead of changing for someone else, grow for yourself and find your independence again.

When we become over-dependent on our partners we start to get caught up in the little things, start blaming them for our moods. When we are sad, angry, upset we find excuses that it is because they didn't do this or do that. But the reality of it all is that we depend to much on them to realise we are in control of our emotions, and that when we feel upset or allow things to get us upset then we have the control to change our state and perk up from the situation. If you were on your own there would be no one to have a go at when you got home if you had a bad day, there would be no one to blame for your upset.

It is these upsets and moments of disappointment that cause blocks in our relationships. We find our love being compromised by daily fluff, we throw the word trust around so easily and our appreciation of our partners gets compromised regularly. Its time to take control of you, live a little from your heart again. Next time you have a bad day take a moment to let it go. Start to become more aware of your states know that when you head home from a crap day and feel yourself getting upset because your partner didn't have dinner ready; think did they even know you wanted them to make dinner? they had no idea you had a crap day!

This does not insure that your partner will be the perfect partner but it will effect the way you interact with each other. You will find yourself thinking about how you react to your partner, even the tone of how you speak to your partner or even the words you use.

Residual income is what is known as passive or investment income. One could say that residual income is income that comes in every month based on work that was performed in the past or an investment that was made in the past. The opposite of residual income would be paycheck income. Paycheck income is what you get when you trade your time for money (paycheck).

What types of residual income exist? The prime examples are royalty income, interest income, and investment income. Royalty income comes from copyrights, license agreements, oil and gas leases, etc. An author can write a book and enter into a contract with a publisher who agrees to pay a royalty on every book that is sold. The author is paid every time a book is sold. Every month, the publisher sends the author a check in her mailbox for the sales of her book over the past period. The income comes in as long as there are sales of the book. The author does not have to write anything else to get that stream of income.

An inventor can invent a new product or idea that can be patented. For example, a woodworker conceives of a new fence that goes on a saw to hold the wood in place for cutting. He obtains a patent and enters into a contract with a manufacturer to sell the fence. The manufacturer agrees to pay the inventor a royalty for every fence that is sold. Every time a fence is sold, income is generated for the inventor. Every month, the manufacturer sends the inventor a check in his mailbox for the sales of his idea over the past period. The income comes in as long as there are sales of the fence. The stream of income continues even if the inventor does nothing else. This income comes from the license agreement.

A land owner can enter into a lease agreement with an oil or gas exploration company to develop an oil or gas well. This same scenario can apply to any mineral on the property, uranium, sand, water, etc. The exploration company or producer pays a royalty based on the amount of oil or gas that is produced from the property and sold in the open market. The check comes into the mailbox monthly based on those sales without any further effort by the landowner.

What people do not normally think of as residual income is interest income. Interest income is paid as long as money is on deposit or loaned to the entity that is paying interest. This scenario is the key to most plans for retirement. The calculation is made of how much money one wants per month. If that amount is $5,000, then one would need at least $60,000 per year. If one can earn 5% on a sum of money, then 5% times that sum must equal $60,000. With $1,200,000 earning 5% per year, one would have an income of $60,000. As long as the $1,200,000 is loan or on deposit and as long as the borrower or bank pays 5%, the checks in the mailbox will total $60,000.

The same situation exists in real estate investment that has net income. This type of income is called investment income. The income comes in as long as the person owns the investment. The investment can be real estate, bonds, stocks, or other investment vehicles, like a real estate investment trust. The investor does not actively work on the investment, his money is at work, so the investment is known as passive.
